just because you don't believe in God doesn't mean your an atheist...... that is what ill-educated people think. Go read more about religion outside of the little bit people bother to try to find out about christianity and you'll find out.the term Christian was actually used to make fun of the disciples anyways, they were not christians, they were BELIEVERS. That is what Jesus called them.Anyways, I digress... go read a book/do some research and learn about religion in general.Not believing in God DOES NOT (always) equal atheism.....

This is not entirely, there were Christian bands around playing exactly the same style of music, but they do not get a fair representation or credit. They are left out of the history because they're Christian. This includes Norway, just look at bands like Antestor &Crimson Moonlight among others who helped shape Norwegian Black Metal. Antestor is also a pioneer of the genre, but they were excluded and blackballed because they were Christian. They even got death threats, but are still playing.
