Who does everyone hate this album! I recently got into this band and I have no problem with any of their songs thus far...I'm sure it's just a case of the old listeners wanting more of what they heard when they first started listening. Then again, it's just my taste...

Remember a band can't have EVERY album have the same sound, that's not how it works, not with dredg. I really don't see what's wrong with C&MS, just additional effects. They just joined another tribe….nothing new to see here….

@fireandashes36 totally agree. They're still Dredg doing their thing, even though it's not as abstract as their previous work. Art changes because the artist changes.

So many closed minded fans...at some point we have to stop be narcissistic douche bags and consider the fact that artists make art for the purpose of expression. Is this Let Motif? Hell no! I love dredg, but im not liking this new synth-laden direction they've gone in. The electronic drums in this song ruin the mix and kill what could be a really cool dynamic an acoustic set would add.. this sucks.

"Somebody is laughing"...The only people laughing are the fans at how bad this new album was, critics too... I'm a hardcore/ diehard Dredg fan in fact they are my favorite band still to date. I mean there is worse music out there... but this album just does NOT compare to any of their old albums.
