well, i love dredg because they evolved and innovated with time. El cielo was so different from Leitmotif, very experimental and it was great. But this "evolution" is awful and the song is crap and far from being innovative. It doesn't have any energy to it, it's just there and boring.

If you really paid attention to the lyrics this song pretty much explains the whole album and their change in sound. "They only say they're against the grain, come on they all look the same, they just joined another tribe to help them build up some old fight, nothing new to see here" bands change from time to time but they're only experimenting and trying out a new sound and there's nothing new about it, they can't just go on making music that all sound the same. So just chill out peoples :P
