Dude learn to play with dynamics, you should never hit that hat that hard and always with the same dynamics, it sounds robotic and annoying plus hat and cymbals leak through all mics so you don't need to hit them that hard, just listen to your video, hat/crash sounds like a machine gun.Just an advice from a guy who already recorded all types of drummers, dynamics is what separates drummers from drum machines ;)
