Yes, this one is absolutely wicked but the artist is not the great Pablo (Horace Swaby a.k.a Augustus Pablo) Dr. Pablo is/was (I don't know if he's still alive but I really hope that he is) a white guy from the UK. His real name is Peter Stroud.
