No, actually, the song "Framed" was sung by Muddy Waters in the 1950's and was written by Lieber and Stoller, who also wrote "Riot in Cell Block No. 9" in 1954. Alot of their songs have that same riff, like "Trouble" by Elvis, "I'm a Woman" by Peggy Lee and "Hoochie Coochie Man" by Muddy Waters.
