It's a real shame that Kirk and Rex left Down. The band ain't the same without them and you can really notice that on the last EP. I guess this (purple ep) was the last ep/album with Kirk's presence?? but Rex left after Over The Under, and before the EP's right?? Love Rex' bass tone and playing, same with Kirk and those bendy, slick bluesy riffs... i don't think just Phil and Pepper make this band... it's a collaboration of 4 uniquely talented musicians.
