I played that Russ Taff tape until it broke from overuse! Love this song -- brings back good memories.

This song is a gracious touch stone on an all to often treacherous path.

I got snached by JC, Jan 21 1990 about ...10:48, music was in me already Well 2 youngsters turned me on to CP in a music store $ they spoke about "dear friend" and others. personal revolution says alot about me. and I was 1 of many to tout the merits of "in the light" well before DCtalk remix (well done)heck i still have a video of CP from light music "messenger boy" and in concert @ cornerstone 91(?) he consoled the married couples with band in background & then played "love me like a woman"

Oh this is a great track from his second album, self titled. I have it on cassette and CD. This song and Dizzy Dean Movie are my favorites.

I loved West Coast Diaries back in the day. This tune and Big Mans Hat are my favorites.

Before there was MTV's Unplugged, the height of which was Eric Clapton's franchise-making acoustic set - there was Sparrow's Front Row Video. Of the 4 live perfomance VHS tapes that were released in 1990 the Charlie Peacock Trio's was arguably the best(Margaret Becker, Steven C. Chapman and legendary Michael Card were the others.) "Down in the Lowlands" is from the West Coast Diaries II - the brilliant 'yellow album' in the Peacock series - is the turning point in the story of an 'EverySinner'.
