This would be early 1990s, not 1980s. Kathy's "Time Passes By" album, which contained "Ready for the Storm," came out in 1991. I saw her in concert in Wallingford, CT, that year and Dougie was her special guest.

I had this record somewhere on a very old tape when I was child. I did not know who plays it, what is his real name, and who is the girl with her fantastic voice as backing vocalist. So many night, through the years! I don't know why didn't I find this video sooner. :)
