I don't like Skrillex all that much, but him and many other electronic artists get way too much hate. He actually is a skilled musician, and all of his songs always start as a piano composition. He doesn't just press a big "Music" button on his computer.

the story behind the album cover is a conflict between the doomtree crew and the local twin cities gang: the kings. The gang was known for tagging many twin cities area spaces with 'the king's crown' (the crown symbol used) and the doomtree crew began crossing them out, hence the cover. but the symbol represents two main themes: 1. doomtree is against almighty rulers, oligarchies, and organizations or governments where the people are controlled. 2. that the gang is a bunch of stupid kids.
