Don's voice is amazing! Check out all Dokken's tunes! George Lynch is one of the great 80's bands guitarists! Music is shit now! I play guitar and bass, and Dokken is top of the list as well as Van Halen, Journey, LA Guns to learn the riffs from. If you notice, Don must have his guitarist use a certain set up for the sound, due to Rob B, these guys, and his Lawyer guitarist Jon Levin all have the same tone. Kind of like EVH's brown sound. Metal like this will live on for all future Metal heads!!

It's like Dokken...... but without the edge. Like if Don Dokken's career can be likened to an element, then Dokken was its solid state, and his solo career was his liquid state. Still the same substance, but weaker and without a proper shape. Still sounds like him though
