@lazy2001 Mick copied lots of black singers. So did Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Rod Stewart etc. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. The important thing is that it broke down the race barrier. When I was a kid living in Florida in the segregated 1950's white kids didn't dare listen to black R&B music until Elvis came along.
