See I do not get it that while artists such as herself (which i adore by the way), get the band on stage with them when they perform. Surely the can afford it, and it is much more entertaining. I was there upfront! It did NOT look like she was lip-syncing live! However, I agree with You it look like it here and I think she did lip-sync. Here in Sweden it was was almost required to lip-sync on television shows a few years ago. I guess it was a technical thing. NOTE; This is an encoded video from VHS. It is not unusual that the sound will come a microsecond before or after. I assure You. I does not look bad on my VHS or DVD. Dolly is a star! She even lip-syncs like one!15 years ago
