xavibrit: I like your mature honesty, and because of that I will try my best to give you an able response. Punk is about free expression, standing up and not caring what people think and going against the norm. Christianity is NOT the norm. To see all those "cookie cutter" christians out there and say that is christianity is no more right than saying that all punks are like simple plan. To be hated and mocked and persecuted is no different between christians and 'punks'. I grew up with the punk mentality and God has used that same mentality. I rebel against the system, the 'church' system of having one man lead me. Of conformity to the 'church' and I conformed to the express image of Jesus. I have my own individuality, but use it to rebel against the religious leaders and against sin. I hope I answered this well enough for you.

Atheist here, while I've stopped listening to most Christian music/bands there are a few that I still rock out too. This is one of them. Awesome song! Josh Kemble, I think that's who it is, has an amazing voice.
