Do It Now - The Clash video free download
Do It Now, the B-Side to This Is England from The Clash (MKII) released in september 1985. One of the better MKII songs if you ask me, though that doesn't say as much as you'd hope it would.
Credited to Strummer & Co on the single release, but since This Is England was changed to Strummer & Rhodes to Cut The Crap's release and it kinda sounds like it, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that this song too has at the very least some slight touch of Rhodes on it, and throw in a pic of him just for good measure. Betcha it's the only pic of Rhodes in a music video on all of Youtube. Yay, I'm unique!
Couldn't find any lyrics for this. I probably should sit down and try to get them myself, but too tired currently. Might get around to it eventually unless some merciful soul takes it upon himself to do it first.

I bought the album and I it is clear to me how there seems to be such a difference, musically, between Mick and Jones, there's nothing wrong with that, but still, I think, imo, Joe and Mick, indeed, complemented each other, in other words, they needed each other for that special dynamic.11 years ago

i think most hate the album because it was butchered by the clash's manager. Strummer and the others barely had enough time to be together to make the entire album and they just smashed all the songs together. He himself called it the worst album ever, he denounced it. Which is amazing because even if its disowned by him its still better then half the shit that is out now.13 years ago
