Beyond incredible!  Every guitarist and any serious music fan should love Django.  There's not too many recordings of him on electric I assume.  So melodic and so fluid.  And this is with seriously damaged fingers on his fretting hand!

What I would give to have seen Django on his 1946 tour through the Midwest USA. Playing small cities like Lincoln Nebraska. I love his modern bebop influenced guitar playing here.Was this recorded in Chicago i.e. Duke Ellington And His Orchestra, Django Reinhardt ‎– Chicago Civic Opera House Concert, November 10, 1946?
