Here is my latest drum composition using my DIY Electronic Drums to trigger Superior Drummer and Ableton Live 8. It was tricky memorizing where all the specific keyboard notes were laid out, but I finally got it.

I also built four new 2 inch "mini-drum" pads that I call "W345 pads". Using a splitter on 2 inputs of the TD-20 I have 2 more head and 2 more rim triggers, and thus 4 more midi notes. I use them all in this drum solo song.

I call this one "Defining Days".

Hey, can I ask you a couple of things? I'm setting a e drumset, but I need to know, the ableton live sound samples are .wav format? You seem to know a lot, I just purchased a alesis sample rack were I can add .wav 16 bit sounds thrpugh a sd card, but I need to make sure which software has themThan in advance !!!

This is outstanding. I used to have a Roland TD-7e from 1994-98, but sold the kit when I bought my house. I never delved into the programming to do anything custom, but this makes me want to build a set this time. I'm going to subscribe to your channel.
