Divine, la fameuse Disco-Queen-Gay, est né Harris Glenn Milstead. En 1982, sous la houlette de Bobby Orlando, elle accumule les succès dont : "shake it up", "shoot your shot" mais aussi ce "Love reaction" dont le gimmick est emprunté à New Order et son nom moins célèbre "Blue monday". Divine décédera en 1989 à l'âge de 42 ans.
