So I take it this song is being sung from the perspective of the devil beckoning whoever the song is about to commit suicide like Devon did and join her in hell. Devon won't go to heaven because she's another lost soul. She's inside the fire and the devil is beckoning whoever lost her that if they want to see her again they have to do the same thing? That's pretty disturbed if you ask me.
