This is a rendition of 'Dirty Road' I learned based off of a live Travis Meeks Bootleg album where he does the song solo. It is played just a little bit differently from the 'Red' album version, though I must say I personally like this solo version a bit better.
This song is more difficult to sing than it is to play!

Because of the tuning of the song, those chords can only be played that way (as far as I know). If it were in a standard tuning there'd be a few ways but it has to be this way. If you could figure out the specific notes within the chords and find them on different positions around the guitar, I'm sure you could come up with another funky way to play it lol.12 years ago

Watching this and trying to learn, but, in the chorus, is there any alternate way to play it without reaching those high frets? I don't have a cut out in my guitar like yours, so I can't reach them and I'm trying to find some alternate chord, but I'm such a noob on the guitar that I'm not sure how.
