Amanda Rice, The video footage looks very mid 1970's and very much like Queensland Australia. I was a teen in the mid to late 70's but grew up in Sydney Australia. At 0.32 if you pause it says Hot Pies - Hot Dogs and Cold Drinks. Hot pies are Australian. So most of the footage is in Australia. I saw some Venice Beach and other USA places. Hope this helps.
