Some of it can be established. But the games go into a lot of details that destroy the continuity of the series. As such, I think only the bits established in the series can really be considered canonical, lest Digimon become an incoherent mess.

It's definately canon Ken has a flashback to Milleniummon being destroyed and him pushing Ryo out of the way of the spore, which happened in said games

All that "behind the scenes" stuff that was established in other material creates way too many plot holes to truly be considered canonical. I just stick with the events of the shows. Besides, Myotismon is way cooler.

That is a plothole. Just like Apokarimon having Myotismon's data was one. 02 is infamous for various plotholes.

Saying Millenniummon is the cause of everything in Adventure is like saying Frieza is the cause of Cell's creation in Dragon Ball Z. By the way, how come Millenniummon unsealed Apocalymon if the Machinedramon that fused with Kimeramon to create Millenniummon is that of the Dark Masters? Apocalymon was the creator of the Dark Masters.

You can't claim ZeedMillenniummon was defeated after the finale of 02 since the events of Brave Tamer occur in another continuity, no longer in the Adventure universe. Dark Spirals and Rings were created using Gatomon's Ring as basis. The Diaboromon he created to lure Ryo was weaker than even Veemon. Mille's actions had consecuences that greater minds (such as Myotismon's) used in their favor.

He's the main villain of the canon video games on the Wonderswan He also appears dieing (pre-ressurection as Moon=Millenniummon) in one of Ken's flashbacks where Ken gets his Dark Spore

Millenniummon wasn't dead, shortly after that he revived as MoonMillenniummon and when he was defeated for the final time as ZeedMillenniummon, it was AFTER the finale of 02 Plus influence or not, the Dark Spires, Dark Rings and especially Myotismon's ressurection were facilitated by the Dark Spores PLUS Mille is also the one who unsealed Apokalymon and created Diaboromon AND is the reason Ryo's Cyberdramon is so violent He really does have a hand in everything
