The Redd Kross version is great; I will attest, but I doubt they would have ever recorded it if it weren't for The Dickies version. I'm wondering about the date though as I'm pretty sure Steve Hufsteter wasn't in the band in 1979 as Chuck Wagon was still around then. Anyway this rules!

first show i ever been to was a few years after this promo came out. these guys launched me straight into the beautiful world of punkrock and i never looked back. next to the Toy Dolls, these guys are the most amazing performers anybody could ever witness live. even got to meet Leonard after the show. hes a super cool dude!

There's no place for facts on youtube. I want to believe this is from 1935, the first music video EVER.

This isn't 1979 as it appears in the title, more like 1983. Still a smokin' cover and better than the album version!

Steve Hufsteter was in The Dickies at the time and wrote most of that album. He's the other guitar player in this vid (wearing the blazer)....
