@cammicty You shouldn't worry so much about Alicia's piano playing or her singing. She seems to be doing quite well regardless of what YOU think. I don't claim to be an expert in any way and have never taken any lessons. My only experience is listening to music and to me, Alicia is one of the best. What she brings is something people like you could never understand. It doesn't matter if it's just right or the way you think it should be, it's about her pouring her heart into everything she does.

@cammicty There is still true talent out there. You just have to search harder and with an open mind these days especially.

@cammicty What gives you the right to say that Alicia Keys is untalented. I bet you don't even have half the talent that she has, so you have to be bitter and write negative comments. You are a sad individual and big #FAIL! Your opinions do not even matter becuase Alicia Keys is great at what she does! Bye Hater!

@cammicty " I do know what the real name of the Fur Elise, is good to know you know it as well. I studied classical piano, did not stick with it, but took it from 7 to 18 years of age, per request of my parents, however, I do comprehend real music, real singing, real talent, and I give credit to the great singers, artists, etc, where it is due, not half talents, as we see so much today!" That is the most arrogant comment. I think that you seem to lack musical knowledge!

I really like Alicia Keys' voice.I've liked it since I was 11 when I first heard "Fallin'", and I still do.Cammicity, you need t'watch yer mouth when yer comparin' her to legends because Alicia still has more t'give with every endeavor she makes.BTW Aretha Franklin would NEVER be able t'do Alicia's songs justice in this day an' age.

I've never seen Alicia Keys play Moonlight Sonata, but I've seen her sad rendition of Fur Elise. I shudder to think of her rendition of Moonlight Sonata Fantasia. Your right, I'd never put her into the category as Patty & Aretha, actually sing! That are so many more that can sing, the list can go, there are Karaoke Singers, on My Space and You Tube, that outplay and out sing Alicia! They just need an Agent, and publicity, and good looks. The woman can't sing, but maybe to your ears she does!

Yet again, you are wrong... Piano Sonata No. 14 is Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata', not Für Elise. In Piano & I, from Songs in A Minor, Alicia Keys plays the 'Moonlight Sonata', not Für Elise. You're making an unfair comparisons by pitting Alicia Keys against singers such as Aretha Franklin or Patti LaBelle. For starters, Alicia Keys' music doesn't even belong to the same genre as the latter two.
