If you need me, call me. no matter where you are, no matter how far. just call my name. I'll be there in a hurry. on that you can depend and never worry.

No wind, (no wind) no rain, (no rain)

Nor winters cold

Can stop me, babe (oh, babe) baby (baby)

If you're my goal

No wind, no rain,

Can stop me, babe

If you wanna go

I know, I know you must follow the sun

Wherever it leads

But remember

If you should fall short of your desires

Remember life holds for you one guarantee

Youll always have me

And if you should miss my love

One of these old days

If you should ever miss the arms

That used to hold you so close, or the lips

That used to touch you so tenderly

Just remember what I told you

The day I set you free

Aint no mountain high enough

Aint no valley low enough (say it again)

Aint no river wild enough

To keep me from you

Aint no mountain high enough

Aint no valley low enough (say it again)

Aint no river wild enough

To keep me from you

Aint no mountain high enough

Nothing can keep me

To keep me from you

Aint no mountain high enough

Aint no valley low enough (one more time)

Aint no river wild enough (say it again)

To keep me from you

Aint no mountain high enough

Nothing can keep me

To keep me from you

Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell (1967)Diana Ross & The Supremes w/ The Temptations (1968) Diana Ross (1970) *** THE VERSION FOUND HERE ***James Jamerson put a killer bassline to each version, but the Supremes/Temptation version was an album track while the other two versions were #1 Billboard hits and obviously the most famous.I wish the poster would change the description as is clearly incorrect.

These songs weren't Supremes songs. These sides were from Diana Ross's second single release as a solo, after leaving the group at the start of that year. She and The Supremes did record a version with The Temptations of this song's original single version released by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell, though. The Supremes and The Tempts recorded it as a cut on their "Join" duet album released in 1968.

Only Diana Ross sang this recording without The Supremes.
