There's something about the music Devin writes. Almost every band, I get bored of after a few weeks, and come back to them a month or two down the road, but with Devin Townsend and Strapping, I've been listening to them for 2 months straight, while mixing in other random bands to fit my mood. I don't know what it is about his music that is so appealing or lasting, but it just is.

I just now realised that the bass player was Brian Waddell. I am glad he's in the band too, but I'd love to see him handle guitar duties again. (Not dissing Young or anything, its just a habit of seeing Brian Waddell playing guitar.)
