@TheDragon Journey there are deathcore bands with much greater black metal influences. For example check out the song "Too scared to live" by Glass Casket. Newer bands like Ovid's Withering and Lorelei for example makes symphonic black metal an integral part of their sound.

as a huge black metal band this is one of the few deathcore bands who i liked cus they were still unique from all the others in their own way. also at 3:55 and on u can hear that tremolo picking and the vocals all resemble black metal. much respect
