This is a great demo but the final version is way better. But the final version is also one of the best dm songs ever. This just reinforces how great a job Tim Simenon did having to pick up the pieces after Alan. Other than Alan, Tim is the best producer DM has ever had.

Martin's demo is in a higher key and sounds more like jazz/lounge music, not that those are bad things at all. I always love hearing the demos, and once in a while, like the demos better.

@Devgru77 It was on the Singles 86 - 98 Album was the new track on the album. It was recorded after Ultra with the same team they worked with on that album. It's one of my favorite Depeche tracks shame they dont play it live..
