Dennis De Young sued Styx for the name, so perhaps in his mind, his group is HIS lineup for Styx.  I guess this particular song was a joint effort with Tommy Shaw. The current lineup for Styx does sing some of Dennis De Young's songs but the vocals don't sound right.It sounds more like a strange animal singing.
