I got to see them in 1986 in concert and this brings back good memories for me. Thanks for sharing this on YouTube. Also got to see them again in the mid 1990's too. They have alot of good songs and are very talented.

Dana Key is no longer on this earth, but Dana WAS READY because he lived his life for Christ as a servant. He was swept into His luminous presence tonight and embraced by the strong arm of God. Thank you for your kind heart Dana. So many lives led to eternity through your work to glorify Jesus. Dana Key...you will be missed.

You said it! He's quite phenomenal in his vocals and heavy-string skills.

Can you post the Soldier of Fortune live version from that live video they put out in the 80's ? I think it was a year or two after this concert. Very cool drums on that live version of SOF. I can't find it anywhere on Youtube.

Saw these guys twice, once at the Troy Strawberry Festival in Troy, OH (they were on the STREET LIGHT tour) and once in Ada, OH at Ohio Northern University (D&K tour). Both were excellent. Eddie played some tunes from his FEELS GOOD TO BE FORGIVEN CD and I remember them being much better live than they (unfortunately) were on the actual CD. Thanks for posting this..

D & K's first three albums are so good it is amazing especially considering the artistic quality of much Chr. music at that time. Mid career they continued to be quite good, but more poppy -- still many terrific pieces. Of mid 80s releases I highly recommend Mission of Mercy and Commander Sozo. One of my favorite bands. Two talented guys who clearly love Jesus and want to glorigy Him with their listenable melodies and thoughtful lyrics!
