Trust me, I see a lot of bullshit within anarchist circles. In every group there are a few AINO's, who do not follow what they preach, and usually have some fucked up morality issues. What this song is saying, is don't listen to the people that criticize you if you are doing it with true ideals. Except you need to listen to the song when comparing the two. The left criticizes itself on its contradictions, that isn't an issue. He looks around and sees some people who spout off and don't follow what they believe in. The fact that the last chorus changes to "build something new something different". He's saying the left can be better, and we can be better. It isn't a knock of anarchism, communism, or any of that. It's a belief that things can be improved. And any true activist will try to.

You people really need to read the liner notes of what this song is about, if you believe if is an attack on activism. If anything, it's an attack on listening to those who prevent activists from doing what they feel is the right thing to do.
