I often listen to this song and I often get watery eyes and the shivers at "Could you be, for me, what I see in you. Or would you give me wings so I could fly, fly, or sink and die please!" To me, it speaks about suicide, about rejecting the "help" from psychiatrists, as does many other songs by Deerhunter having this "negative" image for me. As the same happens to a lot of other artists when I look at their lyrics as well. But when I read people talking about the same songs, they have a complete different meaning to them. I wonder if I am wrong of if they are wrong. Or maybe, there is no wrong, just the feelings. But them again,why do I get negative feelings while they do not? I love to feel this way, but I hate to see such chasm between us. But then again, again, when did it not exist, the chasm, I mean?
