You need to have the kind of melodies and atmospheres and power, emotion, and great songs and soul don't forget soul! Ian Gillan began his career as a soul singer. So did Ashley Holt in Purple spin off Warhorse. Gillan is amazing singer. So are Mike Harrison in Spooky and all the Heep singers. I love this music!
