actually no. ritchie has always behaved his guitars like a shit, you can sometimes see him hitting them to his knees holding the tremolo arm, spinning them pretty madly, throwing them in the sky, and there was one time he hit the cam because he got angry with the cameraman. he looks like having a great time that night, though, he isn't normally that kind to the audience as well. at least he has got is own great style :D

as i know,Ritchie started on bass in his earliest bands,before DP,so he can play on bass. stranger thing is that he gave his guitar to Roger.it's like to give him his wife fro a night;):)
