Back in 70s... Ian Paice is the first drummer who treated double bass that way and i think became the major influence to todays metal drummersHe is definitely one the greatest of all time.

Its sad the master of all drummers is playing Pearl. His dynamic delivery was so Much better on Ludwig. I wonder how many old school drummers would agree.? ...anyway Paicey will always be number one either way.
