Journey drummer Deen Castronovo has been released on bail after being accused of domestic violence in Oregon. The 50-year-old Castronovo was arrested Sunday. At an arraignment Monday, he was charged with misdemeanor assault and menacing. Bail was set at $20,000. Marion County Deputy District Attorney Jean Kunkle wrote in court papers that Castronovo knowingly caused physical injury to a woman. Leave women alone Deen. No class!!!!!

First off, I didn't come here to argue with other people making their comments...I'm just here to appreciate one of my favorite band of all time...Journey, you and your songs will forever be in my heart and soul ! Long live Dean Castronovo and the rest of the band for this outstanding performance of this song...Goosebumps, it actually made me cry thinking my mother and father, my father passed away already...wherever he is, I hope he's in good hands now with our almighty Father, up there...peace to all...

now, steve perry can't return!!!! He doesn't have the vocal range anymore to even sing this song as good as his drummer.....so sad....

I almost cried when i saw and heard this. Unbelievable ! Close your eyes and listen to it. This is by far the closest they will ever get to the Original with Steve Perry. Big thumbs up for mr. Castronovo. Well done sir !!

I have two questions I hope someone can answer for me:1. When was this performance? Was it really in 2012 as when the video was uploaded, or was this prior to Arnel?2. If Deen has this incredible voice, why the hell did they ever search for a front man in the first place? Holy shit, Deen sounds awesome! With all due respect, much better than Augeri or Arnel for that matter. This is the closest to Steve Perry's voice as far as I am concerned.
