I know he was being A smart ass but I have to agree with him (not that There are better bands than death.) Death are sort of put up on a pedestal and anyone who even suggests that an artist could be better than Death are almost always bombarded with piss poor insults. People need to realize that what's good and what isn't is a matter of perspective.... there are many death metal fans out there that DON'T like death but don't have a bad word to say about them. I love death but prefer others.

BFMV and trivium are just as overrated as death! I only listen to music that comes from the heart of the underground deathmetal scene. (I bet you've never heard of them) bands like slayer, iron maiden, metallica THOSE bands have true talent despite not getting the public attention anywhere NEAR the sort death gets. RIP Jeff Hanneman
