Wow, I am just now rediscovering Debbie (lost track of her after Electric Youth) while looking for mushy 80s/90s ballads for my 14mo daughter to watch. Her songs still are amazing and blow away so many of the women performers that are popular right now. My daughter is staring at the videos with her mouth wide open. So cute.

No error here its just that sometimes a chorus & song title can & do change, during the recording. i think she just shortened it because "i just don't have the heart" is too long so "Didn't have the Heart" was used. just like how shake your Love isn't titled "i just can't shake your Love" on other LPs the Lyrics / LP Jacket is printed before the last songs are recorded so some singers have added a line or words to songs before they finish Recording a new LP/CD.

Ok, maybe some of you die-hard DG fans can help me figure this out. The name of the song is Didn't Have the Heart, but nowhere in the song does she say that. The end of every chorus says "I just don't have the heart". I know it's only a word but it's been driving me crazy! Maybe a publishing error? A printing error? I mean, if it was printed that way on the album then she would have to introduce it as such. Any thoughts?

Love isn't black and white. It is very difficult and that is why people write so many songs about it. I often ask myself what is love? Love is a madness, it doesn't make sense really and it hurts so much. I have loved like this before where I loved so much it hurt and I just had a hard time moving on yet I moved on and stronger.

Loved her since "only in my dreams" until the days of this song which belongs to the so underrated "Think with your heart" album... and the whole out of the blue / electric youth era reminded me of how I was the only guy loving her music... it was pretty obvious I was not the regular guy and I discovered myself through her songs... that is something priceless...
