An acoustic, unplugged version of The Beatles Song 'Dear Prudence'. Probably recorded during their time spent in Rishikesh in India. I like it

Technical goof up. Paul is playing his instrument right handed....

I think this is Sean Lennon, he did a cover in his early teens.

THESE RARE OUTTAKES AND ALTERNATE VERSIONS ARE THE BEST I"VE HEARD...JEEZ...they should get hold them ( Sir Pauly ) and put them out for us main stream folk. WELL, I'm dead...so I guess it doesn't matter.....

Commonality, mediocrity, normality, lethality and regularity: Jim Reeves sang in Afrikaans to the delight of delightful Dutchmen of equatorial persuasion & pervasiveness. Dick Trickle put an end to dick trickle. The precision of the Dick Trickling effect caused its share of fatalistic hydro-planing misadventures.

I've never been able to play it. Hope you've got it down.

For the true meaning of The Beatles' songs there is no need to listen to the lyrics backwards or take drugs. Just google "Truth Contest The Present" and read through the Beatles section (pg 59).

Both the guitar and vocal are definitely genuine Lennon to me. It doesn't sound that unplugged though. More like a studio take. He has the guitar pretty much sorted which makes it quite practiced for John. He usually seems happy to arrive with a rough cut and develop it. Unlike Paul who likes to turn up with something polished (like Blackbird). What a great song Dear Prudence is though:-) I'm learning it now and it's harder than it seems!
