The bands like these won't come back unless an underground movement takes place to distribute the music so it can get air time. The Principalities and Powers that control the media would never allow it. Actually the stuff that is on the air now is put there to dull the masses awareness and senses to total apathy. We really do need musical groups like the DK and others spreading the message like they did back in the 80s.

This band, when all was as it was, should be compulsory listening to all youngsters. I grew up on a diet of the DKs and Frank Zappa. Great lessons in the way of the world. I'm still playing them 30+ years on!!! The Best!!!

A lot of hip hop was revolutionary too - esp late 80s/early 90s. And who is to say that even pop couldn't be used for revolutionary purposes? I consider myself to have a punk worldview minus one thing -- the need for something to be underground. you can use corporate products against corps. For example, buy a Craftsman screwdriver, go to Sears hdqrtrs, pry open a window with it, enter CEO's office and stab him in the eyes with it. If you are punk, don't complain -- DIY!!!!
