we were all pissed adamski never showed, but deacon blue were fukin immense, especially the antio thatcher rant, got the place rockin. tears erupted when dignity started. never forget it it was 5 days before i passed my driving test.

Undoubtedly one of the greatest bands of the Eighties, often under rated. The thing I love about Deacon Blue is that they were a band who knew where they were from and weren't that interested in celebrity. Don't care what anyone says about the late eighties - this stuff sounds better 20 years on!!
