I thought: "Tick-tock tick-tock post-Stakes Is High drum beats from them are a nightmare. They used to be way ahead of 'the times'. Now their beats sound like every other Dilla-pop-style biting producers'. I wish they would at least try to bite his HipHop styles, but that's impossible (they were HipHop aka unlike anything else). They are just another one biting his pop, boom-clap, tick tock, robot-programmed percussion style. Those drums are not funky."12 years ago
