I completely agree. Waters is bitter all the time, while Gilmour is generally optimistic, but when he hits bottom, it's rock bottom. His music and playing, on the other hand, is the opposite of bottom, so opposite that I sometimes still have hard time with understanding that someone is so ridiculously talented. Cheers!

Amazing guitarist singer composer yes. Lets go easy with the lyricist stuff. Waters wrote the lyrics people. Gilmours solo stuff lacked only in one area...lyrics.
