The greatest inspiration of my life. The album division bell,along with other songs played by these amazing artist,were the backing music I requested and brought with me to mybrain surgery for aneurisms that had exploded deep withinmy brain. Division bell, came first the poetical phrases had carriedme up to this point of my nostalgia, along with some of Davids 1978release,and some amazing pieces from the final cut, and two shiftsof surgeon's listened for more than 20hrs, and mental as I was!I survived what was described as running down a railroad trackand running head on into a speeding train.but I came out of ICU Singing along with my doctors and nurses running into the brain unit,I got up the third day, gave myself a bath, half paralysed, blind in oneeye,I ask! when can I go home, split from front to back and one sideI was released in 8 days total, road home in the bed of a pickup truckfor 3 hrs, to my home,and this music still fills my life and of my childrenand my grandchildren.
