Performed in Vancouver Canada 1983 - available on the Serious Moonlight DVD (2006).

Can't recommend this DVD enough, comes with an extra documentary/art film showcasing behind the scenes/some performance footage (few tracks each) of three other shows from the Serious Moonlight Tour - every Bowie fan should own this.
