I was lucky enough to see him live Pirates World in 1970s. I was almost front row. Star struck memory. Head buzzed for days.

I got to see it on getTV Monday night. That channel which I get locally thanks to WLNS-TV channel 6.2 from Lansing, MI airs Sonny & Cher show and Cher show reruns on Monday nights.

God, how I miss the music from those days! Bowie will live forever as one of the greatest of all time. Amazing how he began as a folk/children singer to become the iconic Ziggy and from there to be so many other great characters.

He's even better live...because his voice is so strong, so rich. Such enormous talent. Gone too soon
