Dave Stewart & Candy Dulfer - Lily Was Here. I remember this was a challenge. Someone claimed it was impossible to reproduce using only a stack of old synthesizers. Well back then it was state of the art gear. In those days I still tried to impress other musicians with my mediocre skills. Anyway I took the bait and produced this. A few weeks later I was surprised when I found out Candy Dulfer was Dutch like yours truly. A long tall blonde beauty and not a black jazz-musician. Hmm could've fooled me. Saxuality she called her music. That stuck also, yes Candy... saxophones can be sexy... You are so right about that.
