Thanks Sneaking, I have seen it, it's around in used vinyl stores. Alone Together is a monumental album. I remember when it came out, and I loved the Marble, or as myself and several of my friends called it the Souse album. Great stuff.

At right around 3 mins in you get to what all of the great ones knew... Dave Mason was (is) one fine guitar players player....you have to love and appreciate the true work horse this guy has been. There isn't a real guitar god out there (Clapton, Hendricks, Beck, Page etc etc etc) who wants to be out there live with Dave Mason...they all do some extra practice the night before-lol...and he just loves it!

Mason is absolutely one of the most under appreciated rockers of his generation! Brilliant!

Dave is one of the good one`s. Saw him play back in the 70`s and he did a kick ass version of All Along the Watchtower. I still play his old vinyl records....

That Alone Together album was an interesting color. Still one of my favorite albums. You can find them later that are the standard black color.

On this day in 1971 {January 9th} Dave Mason performed "Only You Know and I Know" on late Dick Clark's 'American Bandstand'... Five months earlier on August 1st, 1970 it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #42 and spent 10 weeks on the Top 100... One year later in 1971 it was covered by Delaney & Bonnie and Friends; their version reached #20 and stayed in the Top 100 for 10 weeks... R.I.P. Delaney Bramlett {1939 - 2008} and Mr. Clark {1929 - 2012}...

Wait a minute here!! Are you saying that Richard Harris' song, "MacArthur Park" just doesn't rip at your heartstrings..? lol ...but you're right, there is a resemblance to Harris in that image.

Dave, in the pic at 0:24, very much resembles a slightly heavy Richard Harris (the actor and wanna-be singer).

@jaemel1 Very true, but Delaney and Bonnie's wasn't to shabby either.
