I can never wrap my head around the idea that Dave played every instrument, sang, and wrote of the music in this demo, Pocketwatch, and the first FF album all alone. Just sit down and think about that for a second, it'll blow your mind that one individual has that kind of artistic ability.

Sounds like Dave had the songs entirely worked out by the time he recorded the demos. I haven't heard one that sounds noticeably different than what wound up on the finished LP.
