Love this song....great versions were done by Dave Edmunds, Rick Nelson, and the Searchers...but the only one I've heard that beats the original by John Fogerty is a little known version by The Georgia Satellites...it's done in a medley with "Rockin' All Over The World" and it's great.

Dave Edmunds made a great cover of this great Fogerty song, which was also covered by Rick Nelson, one of Fogerty's rockabilly idols. Somehow, Fogerty never had great hits with his "John Fogerty" album from 1975, though it had great songs. Status Quo had a big hit in 1977 and made their signature song with "Rockin' All Over the World" from that album.
